Three scholarships are available: The first-place scholarship is worth $1,500. The second-place scholarship is worth $750. The third-place scholarship is worth $500.The scholarships are for Nevada students and students throughout the United States who are currently juniors or seniors in high school or currently attending two- or four-year colleges or universities or a graduate school program.Submissions officially open on August 15, 2021. The window to enter the essay contest closes on December 15, 2021. The winners are chosen by a selection committee. Winners will be announced on December 29, 2021.
